I’m seeking a long term renter and one that might want to rent to own. Pets are ok, and the house is a 3/s with one car garage and across the street from a nice park and about two blocks from Floresta Elementary. I can work with someone on deposit and security down payments. Whom ever rents this house will not have to worry about Foreclosures, I own this house will be here for a long time.
